Seven stages, each one a service you can see on the drawings before it becomes a cost on site. The sequence exists so that decisions happen while they are still inexpensive to change.

Client Meet
Your overall requirement, heard first

Client Meet

Everything starts with a sit-down on the overall requirement — how many people the house has to hold, how the family actually lives, what the plot allows, and what the budget is honestly set at. The package tiers exist so this conversation starts from a real published number, not an estimate that moves later.
- Requirement discussion
- Site and plot review
- Package and budget direction
Floor Layout

The floor layout is designed around your requirement — room by room, entry to pooja space — and drawn to Vastu. This is the stage where changes cost nothing, so it is worked until the family agrees on it, not rushed past.
- Designed floor layout
- Room placement and orientation
- Revisions until approved
3D Elevation Plan

From the approved layout, a 3D elevation is created — the house as it will actually stand, in light, from the street. You judge the home with your eyes before anyone commits it to concrete.
- 3D elevation views
- Exterior material and finish direction
Structural Plan

The structural plan translates the design into steel and concrete — the detailing the site team builds from. The house you were shown and the house that gets built come from the same set of documents.
- Structural detailing
- Working documentation for the site team
Interior Requirements

Before any interior is finalised, we sit with the client on interior requirements — wardrobes, kitchen cabinetry, the TV and pooja units, the ceiling and the lighting inside it. Your daily life decides the brief, not a catalogue.
- Room-by-room interior brief
- Wardrobe and cabinetry requirements
- Lighting intent
Interior Design Finalised

The interior design is finalised and signed off while everything is still on paper — which is the only time concealed wiring and AC ducting can be routed properly. Only once you approve does construction begin.
- Finalised interior design
- Your approval to proceed
Civil Work

With the design approved, civil work starts — structure, masonry, plumbing, electrical, tiling, joinery, painting and finishing, carried by one team against the published material specification. Civil work takes around six months: typically 4–5 months for an 1,800 sq.ft home and 6–8 months for 3,000 sq.ft.
- Structure and core construction
- Plumbing, electrical and concealed services
- Tiling, joinery, painting, finishing and handover
How long does each stage take?
Civil work takes around six months from the first excavation. As a guide, by built-up area:
- 1,800 sq.ft
- 4 – 5 months
- of civil work
- 3,000 sq.ft
- 6 – 8 months
- of civil work
Exact dates and the payment schedule are confirmed during consultation for your plot.
It starts with listening.
Tell us about the plot, the family it has to hold and the budget you have set. Everything else follows from that conversation.
